Our website contact form does not transmit your message to us directly. It opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, and the message is sent from your email account when you choose to send it.

The Support Saba request form on our Support Saba page works differently: what you enter is transmitted directly to Sea Saba and stored in our internal community-support system, so our team can review the request, follow up with you, and track it through our support program. You receive a reference for your request when it is received.

The website chat widget is provided by Respond.io. When you open the chat and submit the pre-chat form or send messages, the information you enter — such as your first name, email address, and message contents — is transmitted directly to Respond.io and processed under its own privacy policy. The widget does not set cookies or store data on the seasaba.com domain; its session state is kept inside the widget itself.
