| Well we really shouldn't have to tell you what this is, but as you can see the Saba Marine Park is home to not only a variety of colorful reef fish, but frequently plays host to marine mammals such as the bottlenose dolphin seen here. This one called Saba home for a good portion of spring and early summer during 1996 before John finally had this photo opportunity thrust upon him. During the winter and early spring months, it's not uncommon to see migrating humpback whales breaching not too far offshore. It just seems that everyone likes the protected waters of the Saba Marine Park. |
