Requirements for Foreigners on Saba--FAQ's |
 What are the
residency requirements for marriage?
One must be admitted to the island and registered for at least 1
month.
What are the
documentation requirements for marriage?
(Example: Birth Certificate, Divorce Degree) Birth certificates for
both parties. If divorced divorce papers.
What are the
application fees for marriage license?
Normal office hours (Monday thru Friday): NAF 75.00. On Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays: NAF 100.00
Are there any
other fees, such as stamp fees?
For marriage book NAF 5.00, leges to be bought at the Receiver's
Office on Saba.
Are blood
tests required?
None.
Are
health/medical certificates required?
None.
Are civil
ceremonies required?
The marriage will be performed at the Registrar's Office.
Are religious
ceremonies required?
Requested it can be done by a church. This is not a must.
Are there any
other requirements?
Two witnesses must be persons residing in the Antilles.
